Fantastic find in Montacute!
Spent 2 nights in a standard double room and it was lovely! Breakfast was top-notch and Zoe was super friendly, really made our mornings. The evening meals were impressive too, we enjoyed everything we ordered! The only thing was the wifi could be iffy at times. a chill stay with great food!

Exceptional service and delightful cuisine
My recent stay was a true pleasure. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food, particularly the Moroccan Spiced Butternut Squash Soup, was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, making our stay quite enjoyable. I found that the mattress could use an upgrade for better comfort during the night.

We loved exploring the beautiful village, which looked like a film set, especially with our little dog by our side. The restaurant served up fantastic meals, and the personal touch from the staff made all the difference to our stay. The breakfasts were top-notch too!
In my wife’s opinion, they'd love more kid-friendly activities available at the inn.

had a lovely time at the kings arms inn! the staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. the food was yummy, especially the dinners, and the breakfasts were da bomb! our room was nice n warm, and even tho the first mattress was too soft, they moved us to a better one which was so comfy! the place had a lot of character and was just really lovely overall.
the bathrooms were a bit tight, and the windows wouldn’t open, which kinda sucked. also, the carpet in the entry was pretty dirty and needed to be replaced.

The Standard Double Room was cozy and the staff even moved us to a firmer mattress, which was great! The room was warm, and it had a nice amount of space—just right for relaxing. The bathroom was a bit tight, but that’s to be expected in a historic place. Overhead windows didn’t open, which was a bit of a bummer, but we managed.

Highly recommend for food lovers
Had the best cooked-to-order breakfast I've experienced anywhere! Zoey deserves a medal for her service, she was truly exceptional.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s acceptable.
